With 2.4x event points, 2167 mines is close to reaching the 10k cap. I no longer have legendary minimalist, but HD seems to be earning way more than eff for me this event so I feel like it's worth replacing it for strategist. I'll switch out pacifist for a 25% EP optimizer when winning a game on 2167 for the extra event points, since I have 5 talents worth of EP unspent and I don't have enough days left to spend it all on higher level quests from spins.
