Information:
Logic and guessing sure seem to be an incongruous and enigmatic duo, incongruous in the sense that a rational and irrational method of solving a puzzleare both utilized. Enigmatic in the sense that not only a certain complexity awaits to be solved, but also uncertainties and unpredictabilities that the said irrational method contains in the absence of actual solutions. An emotional ambivalence in this game can be manifested; being satisfied/happy and dissatisfied/unhappy. We sure feel satisfied if we achieve a new time pb, won a high diff, winrate increasing but these can be all irrational pleasures that cannot be fully attributed on the player's own skillset. Some sort of circumstancial luck struck and manifested within these instances, and a rational pleasure of thanking is suggested. In the other side of the ambivalence is dissatisfaction, from either by own fault or unluckiness, like from a misclick or a 50/50 loss. This ambivalence is irrational but differential on intensity of irrationality. Well...grinding a high diff and losing over and over is not ok and it's a frustrating experience that implies either masochism or actual desire to win the board. Whichever it may be, does winning or achieveing a positive low chance event still feel that fulfilling after feeling fulfilled right from the moment it happened? Reconsidering it perhaps it did finally happen but how much time and energy have been thrown away dedicated to something that will eventually be trivialized like all other achievements may be depressing to think about...perhaps nothing really matters? Either that question being positive or negative depends. Now it's kind of nihilistic from there but either we logically find out or guess what matters, or we don't at all.
